The US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has awarded a $10 million Tenant Education and Outreach (TEO) grant to the AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) and its partner, the Mass Alliance of HUD Tenants (MAHT), to sub-award up to $300,000 over three years to local tenant groups and nonprofit community-based organizations to organize Project-Based Rental Assistance (PBRA) Section 8 tenants in their communities.
